Aardige dame daar. Geen goedemiddag of welkom. Kamer oké, maar badkamer echt oud, tegels los, deur kon niet dicht en doucheputje verstopt. The cleanliness of the rooms was also noted positively. 這個酒店不知道是不是從沒有接待過中國人，在布克斯特胡德鎮，但是位置非常蹩腳，旁邊三公里內沒有超市和飯店，十分不方便。千萬不要用中國的服務水準考量這裏的服務，房間內沒有熱水壺，沒有拖鞋，沒有牙刷和牙膏，甚至充電插頭也衹有一個，如果沒有轉換接頭，那就全是與世隔絕了。酒店門口有個公交車站，但是車隔時間長的難以想象。房間的裝潢最少也得有60年了，除了早餐天天是麪包，還能忍受，其他真是一塌糊塗。連續四天沒有打掃房間，衹換了一個垃圾桶。德國的服務真的是沒法評價。
